Muthoot Finance has completed the acquisition of additional 2.27% equity stake in Belstar Microfinance through off-market acquisition from the Promoter. With this, the company has hiked its stake in Belstar Microfinance to 66.13%.

Belstar Microfinance is a subsidiary of Muthoot Finance.
