Initial public offer of 29,24,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each (the "equity shares") of Gobli India Limited, (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 52 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 42 per equity share) (the "issue price") aggregating up to (Rs) 15.20 Crores (the "issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 1,48,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each at a price of (Rs) 52 per equity share aggregating (Rs) 0.77 Crores for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker resrevation portion i.e. Net issue of 27,76,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 52 per equity share, aggregating (Rs) 14.43 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will consitute 27.99% and 26.58% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is (Rs)10 and the issue price is 5.2 times of the face value.
