Initial public offering of 17,755,681 equity shares bearing face value of (Rs) 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Carraro India Limited (the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 704 per equity share bearing face value of (Rs) 10 each (the "Offer Price") aggregating to (Rs) 1250.00 crores (the "Offer") comprising an offer for sale of 17,755,681 equity shares bearing face value of (Rs) 10 each aggregating to (Rs) 1250.00 crores by Carraro International S.E. (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder", and such offer for sale, the "Offer for Sale", and such equity shares bearing face value of (Rs) 10 each, the "Offered Shares"). The offer constitutes 31.23% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
