Initial public issue of up to 70,00,000 equity shares of (Rs) 10/- each ("Eequity Shares") of patel chem specialities limited ("Patel Chem" or "PCSL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) [*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs) [*] crores ("the Issue"). Out of the issue, 3,53,600 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 66,46,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each at an issue price of (Rs) [*]/- per equity share aggregating to (Rs) [*] crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.15 % and 26.72 %, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band:(Rs) 82 to (Rs) 84 per equity share of the face value of (Rs)10 each. The floor price is 8.2 times of the face value the cap price is 8.4 times of the face value. Bids can be made for a minimum of 1600 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
